Speed Quiz Experience

We have got three speed quiz experience service levels - Essential, Professional and Signature.

Essential

The Essential Experience provides a high-energy, inclusive format that is fast-paced, engaging, and built for shared enjoyment. It typically runs for 60 to 90 minutes and includes a structured flow of two to three rounds, with the option to incorporate a music round. Delivered by a professional host and supported by light branding, it’s an ideal format for teams looking for a fun and memorable experience without heavy customisation.

Professional

The Professional experience builds on this foundation with a greater level of personalisation and production quality. With an extended 90 to 120 minute format, the content is fully tailored to your organisation, including company-specific rounds and a branded slide deck. This level also includes pre-event consultation and support with AV coordination, ensuring the experience is aligned to your goals and delivered seamlessly.

Signature

For larger or more high-profile events, the Signature Experience offers a fully bespoke approach. This includes custom format design, the option for multi-session or breakout structures, and executive-level content tailored to your audience. Branding is deeply integrated throughout, and the experience is supported by on-site rehearsal and technical run-through, along with a post-event insight summary to capture outcomes and engagement.

Fundraising Solution

For charity and fundraising events, we operate a flexible revenue-share model designed to maximise both engagement and impact. Each event includes professional hosting, a structured format tailored for fundraising, and integrated donation moments, supported by planning consultation. Additional enhancements such as sponsor integration, custom charity rounds, or auction hosting can be incorporated where needed. For certain events, a performance-based model can also be applied, aligning success with the funds raised above an agreed threshold.

Knowledge Challenge

Alongside live experiences, we also offer a Knowledge Challenge model designed to support learning, assessment and engagement. This can be delivered as a one-off session with a custom-built question set and hosted experience, or as a multi-session programme with refreshed content and reporting over time. For organisations that prefer to run sessions internally, a design-only option is available, providing a bespoke format, full set of assets and a host guide under an internal-use licence. This can be built in alternative software to suit needs and mode of delivery and may or may not require a host.
